Welcome to the Island Realm community. To ensure a safe, welcoming, and organized environment for all our members, we require everyone to read and agree to the following Terms of Service (ToS) prior to participating in our server.
By joining our community, you automatically confirm that you follow the global Discord Terms of Service, you are above the age of 13, and you agree to our server's specific Terms of Service outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, you must exit the server.
We will never ask you for any login info or credentials or verification of your private socials, accounts, etc. Our only websites and domains are northstarmedia.cc and markedexiled.com. Any other domain claiming to represent us is malicious and created to exploit users. Please watch out and exercise extreme caution.
We take no responsibility in any malicious events that happen to you that are unrelated to our official team. If another member reaches out to you claiming to be part of our team, please instantly report it. If they reach out to you with something regarding our server, please proceed with care. We are not responsible if you get hacked because of your own actions, even if it is within our server. We do our best to protect our community and provide a safe space, but we can only do it to a certain extent. Your account's safety is ultimately your responsibility.
As a community focused on Minecraft content creation, we regularly document our server events. By joining, you automatically agree that we can use your Minecraft username, your in-game skin, and — if applicable — your voice in our videos, streams, and promotional materials.
All members are expected to treat one another with respect. Hate speech, harassment, bullying, discrimination, doxxing, and the sharing of NSFW (Not Safe For Work) or illegal content are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the community.
To keep our channels readable and enjoyable, spamming is not allowed. Furthermore, sending unsolicited mass Direct Messages (DMs) to other members or posting unauthorized advertising and self-promotion in our server is forbidden.
Server staff and moderators reserve the right to warn, mute, kick, or ban members who violate these terms at any time. All moderation decisions are made at the sole discretion of the administrative team in the interest of keeping the community safe for everyone.
These Terms of Service may be updated or modified over time. We will do our best to notify the server of major changes, but continued participation in the Island Realm Discord server constitutes your ongoing agreement to the current rules.
If you need clarification on any of these terms, reach out to our team through the official channels.
