Actor & Builder
Program Terms.

Both the Actor and Builder programs are primarily volunteer-based, unpaid positions. While there may be specific situations or conditions under which you might be paid, applying for and being hired into these programs does not guarantee any promise of financial compensation.

You retain the ultimate ownership rights to the original creations you make. However, by working with us and participating in these programs, you waive your right to disallow our use of your work after a project has started. We reserve the irrevocable right to use anything you create under the Island Realm banner in our videos, streams, and promotional materials.

We encourage our team members to use their work to advance their own careers. You are fully entitled to use the work you produce (builds, voice acting, etc.) for personal portfolios, future employers, or posting your own Point-of-View (POV) content on your platforms. However, you may only do so after the official Island Realm video featuring that specific work has been publicly released.

By joining this program, you legally confirm that you meet the minimum age requirements for your respective role:

• Actor Program16 years or older
• Builder Program13 years or olderIn accordance with global Discord ToS

As a team member, you will have access to unreleased content. You are strictly prohibited from leaking anything related to the Actor or Builder programs. This includes, but is not limited to: unreleased lore, ongoing builds, scripts, production schedules, and any private information or discussions restricted to program members.

Team members are held to a higher standard. You are expected to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully during all recording sessions and team events. Prolonged, unexcused inactivity may result in removal to make room for active members. Additionally, because compromised team accounts can cause significant damage to our servers, you are responsible for maintaining the highest level of account security.

We reserve the right to remove you from the Actor or Builder program at any given time, and we are not required to provide a reason for your removal. Furthermore, if you are removed from the program for a justifiable reason (e.g., breaking rules, toxicity, or leaking confidential information), we reserve the right to immediately revoke any standby payment or compensation you may have been entitled to.

Participation is voluntary. If you wish to leave the program at any time, you can easily opt out by opening a support ticket in our official Discord server and stating your intent to resign.
